Conformément à notre objectif de satisfaire nos clients et d’améliorer l’expérience globale au sein de notre hôtel, nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que les chambres Luxury et les suites Prestige seront complètement rénovées à partir du 10 mars 2025, pour une période d’environ 7 mois. Ces deux catégories de chambres seront temporairement inaccessibles et le spa sera relocalisé sans accès au sauna/hamam. Les autres facilités de l’hôtel devraient rester opérationnelles pendant cette période. Notre équipe veillera à ce qu’il y ait le moins de perturbations possible.

In line with our commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction and elevating overall experience at the resort, we pleased to share that the Luxury rooms and Prestige Family suites will undergo a full transformation from 10^th March 2025 for a period of around 7 months. These two room categories will be temporarily unavailable, and the spa re-located with no access to Sauna/ Hamam. The other resort facilities are expected to remain operational during this period. Our team will ensure that there is minimum disturbance to ensure a seamless experience.
